Disclaimer:
All of our handpicked, high-quality sarees are handwoven (or semi-handwoven), which means that there may be imperfections and irregularities which may seem as if they are damages.
These include:
  • Thread Pulls or Variations
  • Slight Weaving Variations
  • Uneven Finishes
  • Fabric and/or Zari Texture Differences
There may also be slight colour variations between what you receive and what you see here on our website or on our social media.
All of our sarees are carefully inspected by hand before being shipped to ensure they meet our exceptionally high standards of quality.
Therefore, the above imperfections will not be accepted as valid reasons for return.
To be eligible to return an item, you must notify us online within 72 hours of receiving your order. 
Returns:
You must take a video of the saree being opened, in order for us to prove that any major damages or defects were present before the package was opened and damage was not intentionally caused after opening. This must be submitted in order for us to approve your return.

Sarees must be returned in their original condition without any tampering or alterations.

We will try to offer exchanges wherever possible, however if refunds are necessary these will be provided.

You must pay for your own return postage.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, however we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
