Politique d’expédition

Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receipt. However, this is not guaranteed and increased demand may require us to delay the dispatch of certain orders.

Shipping:

We currently only ship within the UK (Including N.I.) and to select EU/EEA Countries*. Shipping rates depend on the shipping address.

We also charge a small handling fee of 5% of the total shipping cost. This is to cover the costs associated with the packaging, handling, and fulfilment of your order.

 

Expected shipping times (from day of dispatch):

 

England, Wales, & Scotland: 1-5 Business Days

 

Northern Ireland: 3-5 Business Days

 

Republic of Ireland: 1-5 Business Days

 

Other Select EU/EEA Countries: 1-5 Business Days

 

These times are not guaranteed and are completely dependant on the courier.

We use UPS o ship our products. So, if you have any queries regarding your parcel after it has been fulfilled, please contact them directly.

Shipping Charges as of 20/10/2025:

UPS:

UK Standard - £5.99

UK Express Saver - £9.99

EU/EEA Standard- £10.99

EU/EEA Worldwide Expedited - £19.99

We only charge the above flat fees. Thus, these shipping charges may be revised without express notice to you. 

If we do not ship to your country at the moment, please email us at hello@aurorabyakshaya.com and if possible we will attempt to work out a solution that works for both parties, and if we see it to be viable we may then officially start shipping to your country.

* - Countries we ship to in the EU/EEA region are: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, & Sweden. Shipping to these countries will require us to charge higher shipping rates (as determined by our shipping provider UPS) as well as a higher handling fee of 10% of total shipping cost.
